We are flexible with our tenants in that they can pay the rent directly to you or pay to us, whichever you prefer.

There a myriad of things that need to be done properly if you want to realise the highest and best use for your property. We work on the principal that $1 of capital expense will eventuate in a $1 increase of rent, which may equate to an extra $14 in Capital value (at a 7% cap rate)

A conventional building inspection could require the erection of a scaffolding which can be time-consuming, costly, and risky; the use of a drone would eliminate those challenges. The drone can fly within proximity to the façade and countless high-resolution images and 4K videos can be captured.

We work with a multitude of tradespeople and over time we have chosen the ones that provide the most economic and efficient service. We want what you want, the job to be done properly, to last indefinitely and not to have anyone come back to say the repairs have failed.
